We met Lauren while we were exhibiting at a Grounds for Sculpture bridal soiree in conjunction with Provence Catering. While we were new to the Central Jersey marketplace, we quickly were introduced to excited brides who were being married anywhere between Philadelphia and New York City.
Lauren got in touch with us a few weeks after the bridal event, and let us know that she was interested in having Paper Rock Scissors create her escort cards, programs and menus. The wedding took place in Spring Lake, New Jersey at the Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the scenery around the venue makes for amazing pictures!
Lauren and Patrick have a great little engagement story:
“On Friday March 9, 2012 we were vacationing in Southern California, on our way up the coast to visit my sister and brother-in-law in Marina Del Rey. We stopped at Hotel Del Coronado to have a drink and relax on the sundeck for the afternoon…after a few hours of talking and laughing, over looking the ocean, Pat proposed and then we headed to an amazing dinner in San Diego! We packed up the car the next morning, drove up to Marina del Rey and walked into a surprise engagement party/weekend with my sister (Lisa), brother in-law (James) and cousin Laura! The weekend was amazing, filled with so many laughs and smiles, and my cousin was even a contestant on the Price is Right! It was truly the perfect engagement.”
We were so pleased to work with them, and we have a quick glimpse at their wedding, courtesy of Craig Collins Photography.
